My favorite movie is Saving Private Ryan. The first time I saw this movie, I was 14 years old. I have seen many other war movies before Saving Private Ryan, but after I seen that movie, everything changed on what was my view on my favorite movie. This is my favorite movie in may ways. This movie keeps me on my toes the whole time because all of the action and the loud, crystal clear, explosions. I also liked this movie because it is very realistic, the first realistic movie I have ever seen and still is in my book. The movie is realistic because it is very gorey and the Dday invasion scene, gives you that real life action, and gore scene that the troops experienced in WWII. I also love the acting in this movie because all of the characters give you a ruged feel but also you can see what pain they are going through during the movie. For example, Adam Goldberg and Tom Hank's characters cry because they are at war and their riends are being killed. That showed me how good of actors they are and how realistic this movie is. Another reason why this is my favorite movie because the ending always makes me feel upset. This is because Tom Hanks is one of my favorite actors and he is the main character in the film, you found out about his life back home, and he is a school teacher, and he is a good leader during the movie and at the end when he dies, it always chokes me up. I love this movie and every element it has for a movie is well done. It will always be my number one movie.
